Our silicone rubber sheets are manufactured using high-quality silicone rubber on drum-type vulcanizing presses or standard vulcanizing presses, tailored to meet specific customer requirements. Through advanced management, innovative techniques, and strict quality control using premium silicone materials and machinery, we have overcome limitations associated with traditional manufacturing methods.
We successfully eliminate issues with lower smooth surface quality and high thickness tolerance found in ROTOCURE vulcanizing machines, as well as restrictions on width, length, and visible joints common in press vulcanizing machines. Our products feature seamless construction with virtually unlimited length capabilities.
Our super-wide drum-type vulcanizing press accommodates widths up to 4000mm, enabling production of high-quality silicone sheets up to 3600mm wide without joints.
Material Properties
High-quality silicone rubber with excellent performance characteristics including anti-aging, ozone resistance, heat resistance, electric insulation, oil resistance, solvent resistance, corrosion resistance, non-toxic and odorless properties, and environmental safety.
Suitable for operation in air, water, oil, and other media within temperature ranges of -60°C to +260°C (momentary maximum 300°C). Provides high stability, reliability, and surface inactivity without stickiness.
Applications
Ideal for punching various rubber seal gaskets and specialized applications including PVC vacuum laminating presses, wooden door vacuum laminating presses, glass vacuum laminating presses, solar vacuum laminating presses, hot laminating presses, and card laminating presses.
