Product Description
Our silicone sponge and foam sheets are manufactured using specialized continuous plain press vulcanizers with high-quality closed cell or open cell silicone sponge material and unique sponge techniques. These sheets offer excellent performance characteristics including high temperature resistance, aging resistance, ozone resistance, heat insulation, fuel oil resistance, lubricant resistance, odor-free composition, and exceptional durability. They feature high compressibility and low compression set across a wide working temperature range, along with superior acoustic and thermal insulation properties.
Applications & Temperature Range
Suitable for long-term continuous use at -60°C to +220°C, and intermittent use at -70°C to +260°C. Ideal for protection and heat insulation applications on various ironing tables and specialized gasket applications.
