Product Overview
High-quality silicone sleeve, tube, and pipe specifically designed for corona roller applications. Made from premium silicone rubber material that provides excellent resistance to high voltage and flame retardation.
Application Types
- General Purpose: Suitable for applications not requiring high pressure hoses or high compound purity levels
- Domestic & Workshop: Excellent thermal and flexibility qualities ideal for domestic appliances and hobby applications
- Medical & Food Grade: Platinum-cured, non-toxic, tasteless, odorless compounds that resist bacteria growth
- Pressure Applications: Reinforced with polyester or wire braids for vacuum or high pressure uses
Corona Machine Applications
Specifically engineered for corona machines to ensure well-proportioned high voltage corona sparkle. Enables easy color printing on plastic film with surface activation and millipore after corona treatment. Resistant to 25KV at 1mm wall thickness. Ideal for roller sleeves, high-voltage terminals, protective sleeves, and flexing tubing in various corona machines.
