Our marine rubber mounting is a bell-type shock absorber screw manufactured with professional technology and unique formulation. Featuring full sets of injection moulds without mould lines and no mould costs, these mounts offer easy installation with compact sizing specifically designed for ship engines.
The top features a rectangle cap with female screw made from high-quality zinc-coated metal sheet, while the bottom includes a support metal sheet with 2 sockets. The middle section consists of high-quality NBR or NR rubber with full adhesive bonding between rubber and metal components.
This overload protection shock absorber for marine engines is designed for diverse marine applications including diesel generator sets and marine engines, providing effective noise and vibration isolation. The marine mounts feature low compression design, easy installation, and high resistance to tensile and compressive forces.
The rubber is loaded in shear and compression, offering 3-way axis control with vertical elasticity and improved vibration isolation. With excellent anti-vibration properties on axial and lateral axes for generators, engines, and motor systems (32-3000kgs, less than 8Hz), these mounts provide small rubber compression with higher load capacity and enhanced safety through special safety lock design.
