The corona silicone tube and silicone sleeve are manufactured using high-quality imported fume silicone material, specifically engineered for corona machines. This material provides excellent resistance to high voltage and flame retardation properties.
The high voltage corona sparkle is evenly distributed, facilitating effective surface activation and microporous treatment for superior color printing on plastic films. Capable of resisting 25KV at 1mm wall thickness, these tubes are ideal for roller sleeves, high-voltage terminals, protective sleeves, and flexing tubing in various corona machine applications.
