Our silicone sheets, membranes, and rolls are manufactured using high-quality silicone material on specialized rotocure vulcanizers or plain press vulcanizers, tailored to meet specific customer size requirements. We utilize advanced management, innovative techniques, and strict quality control with premium silicone materials and vulcanizer machinery to ensure superior product quality.
Manufacturing Capabilities
- General silicone sheet (0.5-12mm x 0.5-1.5m x 1-10m) produced on 4-roller rotocure vulcanizers
- Super wide and special silicone sheet (1.0-8.0mm x 1.5-3.8m x 10-20m) produced on 2-roller rotocure vulcanizers
- Super thin and special silicone sheet (0.1-1.0mm x 0.3-1.0m x 25-50m) produced on special oven road vulcanizers

Special supply available for FDA grade silicone sheet with postcure and antistatic silicone sheet with fire-resistant properties (black color, smooth surface). Also available: black antistatic silicone sheet backing with or without adhesive 3M, thicknesses 0.2, 0.5, 0.8, 1.0, 1.2, 1.5, 2.0, 3.0mm.
Applications
High-quality silicone rubber with excellent anti-aging, ozone resistance, heat resistance, electric insulation, oil resistance, solvent resistance, corrosion resistance, non-toxic and odorless properties. Working in air, water, oil and other media at temperatures from -60°C to +260°C (momentary maximum 300°C) with high stability, reliability and non-sticky surface. Suitable for punching various rubber seals, rubber gaskets, and specialized applications including wooden PVC vacuum laminators, steel door vacuum laminators, safety glass vacuum laminating bags, solar photovoltaic module vacuum laminators, hot press laminators, card press laminators and more.
