Our high-performance silicone sheets, rolls, and membranes are manufactured using 100% virgin HTV silicone material on specialized vulcanizing equipment to meet diverse industrial requirements.
Manufacturing Process
- Standard sheets (0.5-12mm × 0.5-1.5m × 1-10m) produced on 4-roller rotocure vulcanizers
- Extra-wide sheets (1.0-8.0mm × 1.5-3.8m × 10-20m) produced on 2-roller rotocure vulcanizers
- Ultra-thin sheets (0.1-1.0mm × 0.3-1.0m × 25-50m) produced on specialized oven road vulcanizers
- Extra-thick sheets produced on plain press vulcanizers
