Our silicone sheets, membranes, and rolls are manufactured using high-quality silicone material on specialized rotocure vulcanizers or plain press vulcanizers, tailored to specific customer requirements. We utilize advanced management, innovative techniques, and strict quality control with premium silicone materials and vulcanizer machinery to ensure superior product quality.
Our manufacturing capabilities include:
- General silicone sheets produced on 4-roller rotocure vulcanizers
- Super-wide silicone sheets produced on 2-roller rotocure vulcanizers
- Super-thin silicone sheets produced on special oven road vulcanizers
- Super-thick silicone sheets produced on plain press vulcanizers
We have successfully resolved common manufacturing challenges including lower smooth surface quality, high thickness tolerance on rotocure machines, and restricted width, length, and visible joints on press vulcanizing machines. Our super-wide drum-type vulcanizing press with 4000mm width capability allows us to produce seamless products up to 3800mm wide without joints.
Our high-quality silicone rubber offers excellent performance characteristics including anti-aging, ozone resistance, heat resistance, electric insulation, oil resistance, solvent resistance, corrosion resistance, non-toxic and odorless properties, and pollution-free operation. It maintains high stability and reliability while remaining surface inactive without stickiness, operating effectively in air, water, oil, and other media at temperatures ranging from -60°C to +260°C (momentarily up to 300°C).
Applications include punching various rubber seals and gaskets, and specialized uses in wooden PVC vacuum press laminators, wooden door vacuum press laminators, safety glass vacuum laminating bags, solar vacuum press laminators, hot press laminators, card press laminators, and other industrial applications.
