Product Overview
Silicone Sponge Sheet, Silicone Foam Sheet, and Rubber Sponge Sheet available in various colors including Red, White, Black, Grey, and more.
Our silicone sponge and foam sheets are manufactured using specialized continuous plain press vulcanizers with high-quality closed cell or open cell silicone sponge material and unique sponge techniques. These sheets deliver exceptional performance characteristics including high temperature resistance, aging resistance, ozone resistance, heat insulation, fuel oil resistance, lubricant resistance, odor-free composition, and excellent durability.
Featuring high compressibility and low compression set across a wide working temperature range, these sheets provide outstanding acoustic and thermal insulation properties. Suitable for long-term continuous use at temperatures ranging from -60°C to +220°C, and intermittent use from -70°C to +260°C. Ideal for various ironing tables and specialized gasket applications.
