Material Characteristics
The polyurethane elastomeric is a new polymer synthetic material between rubber and plastic, combining the high strength of plastic with the high elasticity of rubber. Key characteristics include:
  • Wide hardness range (Shore A10-D80) while maintaining rubber-like elongation and resilience
  • High strength with superior tensile strength, tear strength, and load carrying capacity compared to general rubber
  • Excellent wear resistance (0.01-0.10cm³/1.61km), approximately 3-5 times better than rubber materials
  • Oil resistant with low affinity for non-polar mineral oils
  • Good resistance to oxygen and ozone
  • Superior vibration absorption performance for damping and buffering applications
  • Good low temperature performance
