Rotex Spider, GR Spider, GS Spider, PU Spider, Polyurethane Spider

Polyurethane elastomeric is a synthetic polymer material combining the high strength of plastic with the high elasticity of rubber. These couplings are manufactured using high-quality TPU material or molded CSM/SBR through injection processes, specifically designed for various metal shaft couplings with exceptional performance characteristics.

Material Characteristics
  • Wide hardness range (Shore A10-D80) while maintaining rubber-like elongation and resilience
  • High tensile strength, tear strength, and load carrying capacity exceeding general rubber materials
  • Outstanding wear resistance (0.01-0.10cm³/1.61km), approximately 3-5 times better than rubber
  • Excellent oil resistance with low affinity to non-polar mineral oils
  • Good resistance to oxygen and ozone
  • Superior vibration absorption for damping and buffering applications
  • Good low temperature performance
  • High radiation resistance with satisfactory performance at 10-10 deg radiation dose
