The NM50-265 Polyurethane Coupling is engineered for industrial metal shaft connections, featuring advanced NM-type rubber coupling technology for superior performance and durability.
Structure and Design
The NM-type rubber coupling consists of two cast iron half-couplings and an intermediate rubber elastomer:
- NM Rubber Coupling Spider: Spider-shaped elastomer with multiple claw structures that interlock with the half-couplings' convex claws for secure torque transmission
- NM Rubber Element: Key rubber components made from specially designed synthetic nitrile rubber (NBR) that provide the coupling's elastic functionality
