Physical Characteristics

Manufactured through moulding or extrusion with premium polyester, polyether or TPU. This product offers exceptional performance characteristics including:

  • Excellent resistance to chemical erosion, impregnants, ozone, radiation, aging, and hydrolysis
  • High tensile strength with superior tear and impact resistance
  • Outstanding bend strength and low compression set
  • Abrasion resistance 5x greater than natural rubber
  • Oil resistance 3-5x greater than NBR rubber
  • High elasticity (65%) with prominent compression resistance at high temperatures
  • Hardness range of 80-95 Shore A
  • Excellent adhesion to metal materials
