Brown PTFE Packing Guide Stripe Tape (GST)
PTFE Guide Stripe Tape (GST) is a high-performance nano-polymer composite material available in thicknesses of 0.8mm, 1.0mm, and 1.5mm with brown coloration. This advanced material is specifically engineered for precision machine tools requiring high accuracy, CNC equipment, and high-end guide band applications in processing centers.
Product Overview
The guide bands contain rich solid lubricant particles that provide excellent friction and wear properties. Through advanced nano super-fine formulation, uniform and dense material structure, and superior wear resistance, these soft bands are widely used across various industries including common machine tools, textiles, printing, paper manufacturing, food processing, chemical engineering, woodworking, and other mechanical sliding guide applications, particularly in precision machine tool manufacturing and maintenance.
