Physical Characteristics
Molded or extruded with high quality polyester, polyether or TPU. Features excellent performance in chemical erosion resistance, impregnation resistance, ozone resistance, radiation resistance, aging resistance, hydrolysis resistance, along with high tensile strength, tear resistance, high impact resistance, high bend strength and low compression set. The abrasion resistance is 5 times greater than pure natural rubber, and oil resistance is 3-5 times greater than NBR rubber, with high elasticity of 65% and prominent compression resistance at high temperatures. Wide hardness range of 80-95 Shore A, excellent adhesion with metal materials. This is a rapidly evolving new polymer material suitable for military, mining, oil fields, chemical, printing, punching, paper making, spinning, automotive industries and more.
