Technical Design
Claw type surface-to-surface design provides protection functions, with vibration and shock absorption capabilities that produce effective damping and reduce running-in process. The claw type teeth two sleeves are offset circumferentially, with quincunx elastic body of involute in the gap. When small installation deviations occur, the elastic body prevents stress concentration. Effectively compensates for axial, radial, and angular displacement. Compared to traditional column pin coupling elastomers with large volume and shear effects that are prone to damage, the new claw type couplings operate under extrusion pressure only, enabling greater load capacity, superior wear resistance, and extended service life. Suitable for both horizontal and vertical installation.
