PTFE PFA Tube - High Temperature Transparent Tubing

PFA tube is manufactured from PFA resin using thermoplastic extrusion and blowing technology. This material offers exceptional non-stick properties, heat resistance, aging resistance, corrosion resistance, non-flammability, and excellent electrical characteristics. With a working temperature range up to 260°C, it serves as an ideal material for circuit boards and flat cables.

Primary Applications
  • Roll packing for office machinery, paper machines, printing/dyeing equipment
  • Insulated jackets and main rotor insulation for electrical instruments
  • Water treatment systems and oil field magma sampling
  • UV lamp protection with superior UV-A and UV-C transparency
  • Linear lamps of all sizes, circular shapes, and fitted boots for U-shaped lamps

  • Temperature Resistance: -200°C to +260°C (2× higher strength than PTFE at high temperatures)
  • Adhesion: Excellent heat sealability with PTFE, metals, and self-adhesion above melting point
  • Non-Stick: Water contact angle θ=115° (repels water and oil)
  • Electrical: High dielectric properties (ε=2.1), volume resistance >10¹⁸Ω·m, surface resistance >2×10¹³Ω
  • Durability: Weather-resistant, fireproof (maintains insulation when burning), and highly transparent
  • UV Performance: Only 4% UVA and 11% UVC light transmission loss - superior to alternative coatings
