Product Description

Heat temperature transparent PTFE hose, PTFE tube, and PTFE tubing produced by extrusion or molding using high-quality polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) material. PTFE is the best polymer material for chemical resistance among all known plastics, featuring excellent characteristics including:

  • Superior corrosion and weathering resistance
  • Outstanding dielectric properties
  • Lowest coefficient of friction among all known solid materials
  • Wide operating temperature range: -180°C to +260°C
  • Non-stick, wax-like surface

Available in various manufacturing methods based on diameter: Ø4-9mm (paste extruded), Ø10-50mm (ram extruded), Ø50-300mm (molded). PTFE offers the best electrical properties of all plastics, making it ideal for electrical insulation across various frequencies, corrosive medium seal liners, anti-sticking materials, and lubrication applications.
