Manufacturing & Performance
Manufactured using drum-type vulcanizing press (ROTOCURE) or vulcanizing press with high quality nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), featuring medium hardness and high tensile strength. Excellent performance in fuel oil resistance, lubricating oil resistance, safety and non-toxicity without odor.
- 1-6mm thickness produced by drum-type vulcanizing press (ROTOCURE) with shiny surface
- 7-80mm thickness produced by vulcanizing press for higher thickness requirements
- Ideal for use with lubricating oil, transformer oil, gasoline at temperatures from -30°C to +100°C
- Suitable for punching various seals, gaskets, or other shapes
- Can be used as cover on mechanical equipment
- White NBR rubber sheet meets food grade standards
