Manufacturing & Performance
Manufactured using drum-type vulcanizing press (ROTOCURE) or vulcanizing press with neoprene + reclaim SBR (CR, a synthetic rubber). Features medium hardness and high tensile strength with excellent performance characteristics including:
- Acid and alkali resistance
- Ozone resistant
- Ageing resistant
- Chemical corrosion resistant
- Seawater resistant
- Odorless
Sheets with 1-6mm thickness are produced using drum-type vulcanizing press (ROTOCURE) with shiny surface finish. Sheets with 7-80mm thickness are manufactured using vulcanizing press for achieving higher thickness requirements.
Suitable for working in liquids containing up to 20% acid or alkali at temperatures ranging from -30°C to +120°C. Ideal for various seals, gaskets, linings, and other applications on mechanical equipment.
