Hypalon Rubber Sheets & Rolls for Industrial Applications
Our Hypalon rubber sheets and rolls are manufactured using drum vulcanizer (ROTOCURE) or plate vulcanizer processes with premium Hypalon material. Hypalon is a synthetic chlorosulfonated polyethylene (CSM) rubber renowned for its exceptional resistance to chemicals, extreme temperatures, and UV exposure.
With an extensive service temperature range from -40°C to 140°C, Hypalon rubber provides outstanding performance against environmental factors including ozone and UV light, along with excellent resistance to corrosive chemicals. This material demonstrates superior durability against heat, oils, and various chemicals and fluids, making it ideal for outdoor applications requiring robust performance in chemical and automotive industries.
