Product Overview
Our industrial rubber fabric and rubber diaphragm products are manufactured using specialized rotocure machines that combine various fabric reinforcements with premium rubber materials. We utilize nylon, polyester, EP fabric, glassfiber, and aramid fabrics coated with high-performance rubber compounds including hypalon, nitrile, neoprene, silicone, and fluorubber.

Each rubber compound offers distinct advantages: Hypalon provides exceptional weather and water resistance, neoprene resists acids and alkalis, nitrile offers oil resistance, while silicone and FKM withstand high temperatures and corrosion. These versatile coated fabrics are ideal for inflatable boats, hatch and boat covers, radomes, inflated structures, awnings, boating gear, convertible tops, and various consumer products. Applications include manufacturing inflatable boats, rafts, life-floats, high-speed trains, buses, rubber diaphragms, gaskets, and specialized industrial components.
