Rolled Fuel Oil Resistance Black NBR Rubber Sheet
Product Overview
Black NBR Rubber Fabric, NBR Sheeting, NBR Rolls, NBR Fabric. Our nitrile rubber sheets are manufactured using drum-type vulcanizing press (ROTOCURE) or plain vulcanizing press with high-quality nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR). These sheets feature medium hardness and high tensile strength, with excellent performance in fuel oil resistance, lubricating oil resistance, safety, and non-toxicity without odor.
Manufacturing & Applications
Sheets with 1-6mm thickness are produced using drum-type vulcanizing press (ROTOCURE) with shiny surfaces, while 7-80mm thickness sheets are manufactured using vulcanizing press for higher thickness requirements. These rubber sheets are designed to work effectively in lubricating oil, transformer oil, and gasoline environments at temperatures ranging from -30°C to +100°C. They are suitable for punching various seals, gaskets, or other custom shapes, and for covering mechanical equipment. White NBR rubber sheets are available for food-grade applications.
