Physical Characteristics
Manufactured through moulding or extrusion processes using high-quality polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) material. PTFE represents the most chemically resistant polymer among all known plastic materials. Features exceptional corrosion resistance, weathering resistance, dielectric properties, and the lowest coefficient of friction among all known solid materials. Operates effectively across a wide temperature range from -180°C to +260°C with a wax-like surface that resists adhesion.
Manufacturing Process
Ø 2-9mm tubes are produced via paste extrusion, Ø 10-50mm tubes through RAM extrusion, and Ø 50-300mm tubes via moulding processes. PTFE maintains the best electrical properties of all plastics, making it ideal for electrical insulation across various frequencies, corrosive medium seal liners, anti-sticking applications, and lubrication requirements.
Key Features
  • Flat and tidy surface with no defects, crevices, or separations
  • Low minimum order quantity requirements
  • Comprehensive customer service support
  • Superior chemical resistance among all known plastics
  • Excellent electrical insulation properties
Applications
PTFE tubes are widely utilized across multiple industries including chemical processing, electrical and electronic components, machinery manufacturing, automotive systems, air conditioning, aviation, national defense, textile production, petroleum refining, and telecommunications.
