Our PTFE fabric and PTFE mesh belts are manufactured by coating high-quality glass fiber fabric or mesh with PTFE, delivering exceptional temperature resistance, excellent chemical corrosion resistance, superior electrical properties, and low friction characteristics.
This material operates effectively within a temperature range of -140°C to 260°C, offering outstanding weather resistance and age resistance. Under practical conditions of 250°C for 200 days, the material maintains its intensity without degradation and shows no weight reduction. At 350°C for 120 hours, weight loss remains below 0.6%. Even at -140°C, the material resists chapping while maintaining its original pliability.
The fabric demonstrates exceptional resistance to acids, alkalis, aqua fortis, and various organic liquids, providing protection against virtually all chemical agents. Its non-stick properties prevent adhesion of most materials, making it easy to clean away residues, blots, dust, resins, and coating materials.
