Neoprene rubber sheet, neoprene sheet, industrial rubber sheet for all kinds of industrial seals and applications.
Product Overview
Manufactured using drum-type vulcanizing press (ROTOCURE) or vulcanizing press with virgin neoprene (CR, a synthetic rubber), featuring medium hardness and high tensile strength. This industrial rubber sheet offers excellent performance characteristics including acid and alkali resistance, ozone resistance, ageing resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, and seawater resistance without any odor.
Available in thickness ranges: 1-6mm produced by drum-type vulcanizing press (ROTOCURE) with shiny surface, and 7-80mm thickness produced by vulcanizing press for higher thickness requirements. Suitable for operation in liquids containing 20% acid or alkali at temperatures ranging from -30°C to +120°C.
Ideal for various seals, gaskets, linings, and other applications on mechanical equipment.
