POM sheet, derlin sheet, plastic sheet with 100% virgin POM material
POM Sheet, delrin sheet is manufactured using high-quality POM material, offering exceptional mechanical strength, rigidity, fatigue resistance, and resistance to deformation while maintaining good shape retention. This material features excellent wear resistance, dimensional stability, creep resistance, superior abrasion resistance, self-lubricating and friction properties, along with outstanding dielectric characteristics, water resistance, and solvent resistance.
It serves as an ideal replacement material for non-ferrous metals and alloy steels including copper, cast zinc, steel, aluminum, and other metal materials. POM, together with UHMWPE, PA, and F4, is recognized as one of the four premier wear-resistant plastic materials. The material demonstrates high thermal stability, excellent chemical stability, and superior electrical insulation properties, making it the preferred choice for manufacturing gears and other precision components.
Applications include production of gears, springs, bearings, connecting rods, impeller blades, toys, windows, water tanks, and washing basins across machinery, automotive, electronic, and electrical industries.
