Manufacturing & Performance

Manufactured using drum-type vulcanizing press (ROTOCURE) or vulcanizing press with high-quality butyl rubber (IIS, one of synthetic rubber, brominated butyl or halobutyl butyl).

  • 1-6mm thickness produced by drum-type vulcanizing press (ROTOCURE) with shiny surface
  • 7-80mm thickness produced by vulcanizing press for higher thickness requirements
  • Medium hardness with high tensile strength
  • Excellent ozone, oil, vacuum, acid & alkali, and chemical corrosion resistance
  • Low air permeability and high heat resistance
  • Superior flex cracking resistance and processability

Ideal for operation in air, oil, acid, alkali, and various chemical solutions containing up to 80% corrosive materials at temperatures ranging from -20°C to +200°C.
