Product Introduction

Styrene-butadiene Rubber (SBR) is a co-polymer of styrene and butadiene. Our SBR rubber sheets are suitable for use in temperature ranges from -50ºC to 110ºC.

Key Performance Characteristics
  • Excellent aging-resistance and temperature-resistance due to unsaturated molecular structure
  • Moderate resistance to tearing with good antioxidation and weathering-resistance
  • High resistance to chemicals and many inorganic chemical products
  • Limited resistance to mineral oils - not recommended for use with oxidizing acids or organic liquids
  • Available in hardness range from 30 to 80 Shore A
  • Good resistance to acids, alkalis and salts (not recommended for oil/hydrocarbon environments)
  • Premium quality dry Natural Rubber composition provides high abrasion-resistance
  • Outstanding resistance to cut and tear for demanding industrial applications
