Our silicone sponge sheets and foam sheets are manufactured using specialized continuous vulcanizing plain press vulcanizers with high-quality closed cell or open cell silicone sponge material. Featuring unique sponge technology, these products deliver exceptional performance including high temperature resistance, aging resistance, ozone resistance, heat insulation, fuel oil resistance, lubricant resistance, odor-free composition, and excellent durability.

These materials offer high compressibility and low compression set across a wide working temperature range, along with superior acoustic and thermal insulation properties. Suitable for long-term continuous use at -60°C to +220°C, and intermittent use at -70°C to +260°C. Ideal for various ironing tables and specialized gasket applications.
