Manufactured using drum-type vulcanizing press (ROTOCURE) or vulcanizing press with high-quality fluorubber. Thickness of 1-6mm is produced by drum-type vulcanizing press (ROTOCURE) with shiny surface, while 7-20mm thickness is manufactured using vulcanizing press for achieving higher thickness requirements.

These sheets feature exceptional characteristics including high heat aging resistance, high temperature resistance, ozone resistance, oil resistance, vacuum resistance, acid & alkali resistance, and chemical corrosion resistance. They perform reliably in air, oil, acid, alkali, and various chemical solutions containing 100% corrosive materials at temperatures ranging from -40°C to +320°C.

The product appearance is gleaming and flattening with minimal thickness variation and excellent physical properties. With outstanding performance in high temperature resistance, oil-proofing, and strong acid/alkali resistance, these sheets withstand demanding environmental conditions.

Multi-hardness fluorin rubber plates with maximum thickness of 2m and minimum thinness of 0.5mm meet the requirements of all industries. Suitable for punching various seals and gaskets in aerospace, chemical industry, and other high-tech applications.
